I have come across two coins that I need to verify real or fake?
I know nothing of Russian coins and really need help. I am posting photos of both.

    Welcome
You might have better luck if you post those in World Coins, you can ask a Mod. To move it for you.

I vote bad, based on the images. This means nothing because in order to authenticate coins in 2019, you need a high power exam of their surface. Without that and experience with Russian coins, even a coin dealer can be fooled.

I am not sure if these coins are authentic ? The 2nd coin is worth quite a bit of money if real. May I ask where you got these coins ?

physics-fan3.14 You got any more of them.... prooflikes?

I don't know much about Russian coins, but they don't look right. Especially the one on the right, it has the look of a modern counterfeit.

Unless you are buying Russian coins from a reputable dealer, I wouldn’t go near them.

Take these coins to a coin show and show them to dealers for authentication.
