    I agree. It's tough to say with the pics provided but it looks like wear on the eagle's wings and light wear on the obverse. With the amount of contact marks I couldn't give it more than AU-55. If the coin is not circulated I would say MS-61 or 62.

    After looking at the pictures again I'd have to agree with Hobo,most likely high AU, but then again it might be a weak strike MS 60-61. rzage
