Looks like a Khusru II. The one pictured is a good one, date and mint are just about visible on the reverse.
On the reverse, left side of left alter attendant, are some symbols, not all are visible unfortunately. Words were written R to L in Pahlavi, in this case top to bottom as it is written down the side. From what I see looks like year 3, 6, or 8 of his reign, which would be somewhere between 593-598 AD.
