Another 1992-D...

But with this coin, it appears to me to be more in pretty good shape with no zinc exposure or separation that I can tell. I’m wondering specifically here about Zincolns eye. Coming off the back of his eyeball I can see a short line similar to a hyphen shooting off of it. Above that to the left of his eyebrow is another big lump... together they look like elements of another eye, as tho they accidentally stamped it twice. Am I just “will-wishing”? Is this due to something going on with the zinc? Clawcoins was nice enough to send me a huge file of information on coin errors and damages, but it’s a long read and haven’t gotten thru it all yet.

    They appear to be plating blisters Imo but let's see what others

    May be start of die deterioration...do I see what looks like the start of a die crack on Abe's right temple (a common area for them to emanate)? The death knell of zincolns! :nailbiting:

    I see that bulge at the eye and I would guess it's also a plating blister or his eyebrow.
