at first I was going to say something funny about the writing on the bill, but I think the sentimental value of that note will far outweigh any monetary decrease in value due to the writing. The reality is, this note will mean more to you than it ever will to someone else. Awesome note to have in a collection.
Yes, for sure, the value of that old bill to me is priceless. She actually gave me that bill on my 16th birthday (I'm 58 now) She told me I should use it towards buying a car
