Lousy images, but from what can be seen: 1. Ugly. 2. The reverse is a disaster (lots of green.) 3. Obverse has been diddled with (eraser?) Why put money into something that looks that bad even with the poor images.
Pics are too lousy for me to tell much, but even if everything is real, there's too much crud on the reverse. Guy~
Man, that sure looks like a 'D' to me. Has liberty ever been that crooked on a penny? I've read that there's a lot of counterfeit 1909 S VDBs out there. And people are paying over a grand for them on ebay left and right, ungraded. I think people are crazy.
It may be a great coin, but I make it a point to avoid completely all items with such lousy pictures.
