Possible strike through 2019 penny

This is out of a brand new box of pennies from the bank. Can someone help me. Is it a strike through or just damage? Thanks

The image is too blurry for me to tell. If it is just a scratch or gouge on the coin, there would be some evidence of coin metal pushed up along the edge. If it is a strikethrough, there would be no evidence of coin metal along the edge.

Maybe you can tell more from this. I didn"t remember where iI put everything when i was sick. Nothing is wehere its supposed to be in the whole house

 

Perhaps the bane of the Zincoln...the dread "plating bubble"?

 

Its not an bubble, it is an indention
