Seleucid Empire: bronze Æ13 of Antiochus IV Epiphanes; radiate bust/Hera standing; struck at Ake-Ptolemais ca. 175-164 BC

Obverse: Radiate bust of Antiochus IV to right. Reverse: Veiled and draped Hera standing, facing, holds long scepter

    * BTW, this coin is in my "Pick Bin & Giveaway Goodies" page, meaning that whoever wins Prize #1 in the drawing for the August giveaway in the next few days could, hypothetically, pick that as their prize if they wanted. (Prize #1 is a "pick your own" option).

Next: another Seleucid. Extra credit if it has an owl or elephant.
