I am going one point up from the esteemed experts before me. I believe this one is a 65.

You talking about just to the right of the "R" in Dollar? I saw that and it struck me as being a scratch on the plastic.

I thought they might let this one go due to it being on the reverse and not in focal area. Dropped 1point. Curious to find out.
    Much MD there also (letters)

But you didn't say DefDam, so you're not positive it's damage??? :D

I with MS63. Weak date (die deterioration) and several smallish hits throughout. The mint luster is good though, so I could understand MS64.

But, in my opinion, Standing Lib collectors, especially in MS, want as strong of dates as possible (I would) and I assume the professional graders grade them with same/similar standards.

All that said, nice coin and a date that's quite scarce in original VF-EF condition (which is the preferred grade range for my collection).

I voted details due to the scratch/damage on the reverse through the rim and E in Quarter

Otherwise I think it would have received a nice UNC grade.

I thought it was 64, but I don’t know the impact of the reverse scratch.

The relatively wide, deep damage at the reverse rim appears to possibly be a knife cut, which puts it in Details territory imho. Otherwise, it’s a nice coin.
Edit: these are observations from 70 year old eyes...hope I’m wrong.

That looks to be on the slab not the coin.

I'd have to agree with details. The reverse gash is too distracting.
Edit: If on the slab, MS63.
