I came across this 2005 penny and it looks like Lincoln is blowing smoke rings can it be worth money?

There is a novelty Lincoln Cent with Lincoln smoking a cigar and blowing smoke rings. Welcome to CT.

    Sounds like a novelty counterstamp.

If your Cent is dated 1982 or later than it's probably plating blisters. Very common on Zinc Cents. Yes a photo would be nice.

Smartphones take acceptable photos if you keep the phone still and have decent lighting. If you are posting from your phone, it should be easy peasy to upload the file of the photo.

See, that was painless, and actually pretty good photos. Sorry to relate that plating blisters are pretty common and not worth any premium.

They actually look like indentations in the coin itself

Agree, more planchet pits than plating bubbles. Errors that are worth collecting are features that are on more than one coin. Tricky business, if the error/variety is on a lot of coins (1960 small date) they are relatively worthless as collectables, if they are only on one, they are pretty much considered damage and not really collectable.
