1982 cent - Error?

    Thanks in advance for looking at this coin.


    I cannot make this match any of the DDOs on Variety Vista. However, I can't make this match any MD or other damage in my mind. Wondering what you think of the cause of the altered lettering.

    Found in pocket change.

    zinc or copper? DDO'S for copper.

    just my opinion. Large date zinc 1982 no DDO's. I have tossed 100k of them for what its worth.

    With these crappy Zincolns, many weird appearances are possible.

    NAV or no added value. It's a zinc Cent and this is very common on them.

    My thoughts.. If it is not MD then it is DDD - Die Deterioration Doubling :yack:
    Still worthless doubling.
