OK, found this $100 bill this week with Serial number AB11113113C AND oh so close to being an error note. This note is in F condition at best (Plenty of wear, but no damage) What would you guys do with it? Is there an actual market for this type of note in this condition? ==== Oh and I found ANOTHER handcut $2!!!!!
I personally would not keep the $100, I would offer it in the open forum and if no one wants it - spend it. Because of the denomination, I don't know if you would get much of a premium for it in F condition. Then again who knows with eBay, might be worth a $1,000 :rolling: The two on the other hand I would keep safe and sound nice number!!! Doesn't get much higher than that.
i agree with USS656, let the $100 go since it doesnt look tobe an error (but i have already been wrong once today lol, so...) but i would keep the $2 ... that has got to be one of the highest modern $2's i have seen!!! cripe, maybe the highest i have ever seen!
Gatzdon.. I agree with the other two...the $100 note in Gem brings ~ $20 over face...granted it has a cool SN, but I would trade it in for 50 $2 notes to search.... The $2 on the otherhand is really high SN...someone who cutt it out did not know what they were doing!! I would keep that bad boy! RickieB
i would have to agree with everyone else. its not gonna fetch any kind of premium. use it to get other currency to collect.
