Possibly Celtic Potin? Help with identification please.

    Continuing on the quest of identifying this batch of coins for a friend, can anyone put me right on this one? It looks to be a Celtic Bronze, possibly Potin, but I can't find a good match in the books.
    Measures about 20mm at the longest.
