Did you notice the difference between our coins look at the rocks at the left of the lighthouse. Yours has the normal elongated one. Mine has 3 seperate rocks highly unusual.?

 

Just going thru a couple of online auction acquisitions and found what looks like the 8 over 8. See attached pic? Am I correct?

 

That is the same coin as the OP put up obverse 3 reverse A . If you look close at his last picture he used to put on the so called experts forum page you can see on his both the 8 and 6 are double struck. Although yours seems to be double struck on all the digits.
