Series 1957 Silver Cert Star Note

Visiting family this weekend my brother showed me this silver cert that is also a star note. The condition is a little poor but it still looks good.

Any Idea on a value?

i would say about $4-$7 in that condition

 

its a star note ... i would think higher then just $4-7. Average silver certs sell for almost that, a star note has got to be more .... no ?

 

in that condition is only books for about $4. there was 307,640,000 star notes printed for 1957 for that series.

 

sure is i looked it up in my books this morning. found that same number. That is a pretty large number of stars printed!!!
