Hi folks! I found this item recently. It ,is a 5 wu Jiao brass coin which has , a similariy
with a normal 5 jiao coin in design. But it has two obverses a bit offcent, strikes and weight is 4,2 gr diameter is 31 mm. So it is bigger than the normal brass 5 wu Jiao.
Could it be some kind of Token? Or perhaps , a trial strike?
Would be happy for any ideas or if someone has found something , similar.
    Best wishes from Sweden!

Welcome to CoinTalk, Martin. It doesn't look like a trial strike. Without knowing what the other side of the coin looks like, it seems the coin die just isn't aligned correctly.

Hello Martin & welcome to CoinTalk :). Your coin looks very interesting & poses a number of questions. Attached below is a link you may find helpful. It pictures a 5 jiao coin struck in the year 2000. Note the weight, thickness, diameter, & photo of the edge of the coin. Your coin is much larger, heavier, & the die work is different.

Later issues share the same dimensions as the link above. What does the edge of your example look like?
