    Take new photos from directly overhead. Taking photos from an angle can hide detracting marks.

    Welcome to Coin Talk. Need better photos. Take photos as @cpm9ball states and eliminate glare.

    It doesn't matter much whether it is AU or MS.
    1964 Kennedy halves are quite abundant (156,205,446 minted for Denver, and 273,304,004 minted for Philadelphia).
    You can buy an graded MS Kennedy for $10/$15. It's melt value is around $6 right now.
    It's hard to tell from the images your coin's exact grade, but, it looks to be AU58.
    There are some distracting dents on the reverse- in the shield, and on the obverse- on Kennedy's neck.
    As Chris said, try to take photos eliminating glare.

    These photos are useless. If they were taken from directly overhead, you would not see the reeded edge along the bottom of the coin. It appears that all you have done is tweaked the original image.
