Can't see anything but the hairs on your leg. If it is missing the initials it is an overpolished die issue. It would also be a floating roof variety. I would pay $1.00 for a good example. There are many found in circulation.
As paddyman says. The 1969 D is well known for both problems on the same coin. There are other dates with this also but this one shows up most often.
