I’m pretty new to collecting and had no idea what this was when I got it back in change. I know that it’s a miscut and that the star means it’s from the federal reserve but is it actually anything special?

 

Condition is a little rough but still a cool find

Legacy was going to reestablish the Registry. Not so sure now.

Series 1969A $1 FRNs continued serial numbering from series 1969 so finding a 1969A A-A block can be a challenge. Serial numbers run from A99200001A - A99999999A.
