1980-D Washington Quarter

Probably pmd? Also, the date looks pretty thick to me, but probably just machine doubling?

    Mechanical Doubling and worn die strike with circulation wear. IMHO

    The rim looks like a collar clash. Minor error with no significant value. You can read more about it on www.error-ref.com and search collar clash
