I have been checking my 97 Lincolns lately usually I skip through them but every now and then I take a look to see if it has a doubled ear. I found this coin and i'm not sure exactly what to make of it. I see what appears to be a die chip on the eye of Lincoln but it is an elongated chip if it is and I don't see it as a die crack but maybe I am wrong. 971.jpg 972.jpg 973.jpg 974.jpg 975.jpg 976.jpg 977.jpg

With Zincolns all things are possible. I vote for Linear Plating Blister.

AFAIK, if it is a blister, it could be anywhere. See what others say.

    Lincoln has joined Spectre!
James Bond's Spectre. SPECTRE (an acronym of Special Executive for Counter-intelligence, Terrorism, Revenge, and Extortion)

All he needs now is a white Cat in his lap.
