Were quarters the only coin between 1960 and 1964 that contained silver?

Roosevelts dimes had silver from 1946 to 1964. Clad after that

Washington Quarters from 1932 to 1964. Clad after that.

1964 Washington Half Dollars were 90% silver, 1965 - 1970 were 40% Silver, 1971 to current are Clad

    excluding silver proofs, etc
    I think that's right.
