Criminal to list such things! Is one of them a gaming token?

I've never seen such. craziness in my life.

and while we're crying Foul, someone is cleaning up, albeit dishonestly.

Nah. Just stupid. Only thing dumber would be if somebody actually bought the coin from one of these Etsy listings. Won't happen.
Nah. Nobody's cleaning up. It's just ignorant people wishing on moonbeams and space unicorns. You'll see it in every public venue, from eBay to Etsy to Collectivecoin and so on. The only folks making money on this kind of the stuff are the sites collecting the listing fees.

But yes. It's crazy, all right.

Does a person have to join that website to send rude messages to these Bozo’s?

I tried the "contact shop owner" feature and it asks you to sign in.

Thanks OP for advertising this. His true price was $150k: "Price is $150,000
Not price I have put in listing as it's as high as I can go Please contact me for final pricing thanks" but I think before all this competition I could have got it for five figures. Dammit! Someone's going to get the deal of the century now as my max for this one-of-a-kind coin is $95,000... :rage:

I believe Etsy is one on the reasons that newbies come here to CoinTalk to ask if their coins are rare. Especially the perfectly normal 1969 S cents.
They find one or two and they think they hit the jackpot :greedy:
    So sad.

I hope you’re wrong, but I have a feeling you’re right. How did one simple hobby such as this wind up fighting so much misinformation?

I have sent Etsy dozens of messages about coins not being worth anything,
and trying to be sold on their site for thousands of dollars.
No one cares about anything. I stopped bothering.
