I'm going through coins my grandmother had saved. She didn't save them as possibly being worth anything she just always saved change. But I'm finding some that I have questions about. I have researched and there's just so much info I can't keep it all straight. Any and all help will be so very appreciated.

1922 Peace Dollar - silver melt value

The other coins have Environmental Damage and circulation wear and tear. They are just face value.

Welcome to CT Carrie. As already mentioned, the Peace dollar is a common date and worth current silver prices, your Louisiana quarter with the obverse mark is interesting and I'm not sure if it is PMD (post mint damage) or something else. I'll wait for others to opine. Your 1986 quarter is most likely a dryer coin, IMO and the others are just environmental damage.

    Hope that helps.

Thank you all so very much. I honestly am trying to figure this stuff on my own. And the pictures I'm taking don't seem to be so great . That 1986 quarter just seems so backwards to me lol. I tried to get a better pic. And here's another coin as well. I'm very probably going to wear this thread out while I'm going through this stuff. Sorry.
I have no idea what I'm doing, but before I know it, hours have gone by looking at these and looking them up.

Lol, don't worry about it, you have to start somehow.

That quarter looks like it freed itself from a pocket in the clothes dryer and spent a good amount of time bouncing around in there, and that silver dollar looks cleaned and a low grade. The condition of coins is very important. Just keep them coming, we'll tell you about them...

Be sure and keep that Peace dollar since it was your grandmother’s.
