    Howdy fellow coin peeps,

I have run across what I can only call strange, yet very intriguing. For a coin/token it has everything going for it, just like an old colored bottle with lots of embossing.

I have no clue whatsoever where this is from nor age/date, so I'm hoping someone here can fill me in on all the whatnots.

    TIA! :thumb:

Its an Indian temple token, featuring Hanuman, the monkey god. It was almost undoubtedly minted recently.

I think tokens like this one are facinating. There's so much going on in such a small amount of space and the artwork is fabulous.
