Looking to see what kind of error this is or isn't.

    Found this 1973 I believe it's a 3 anyway, penny. Not sure what it is. Can anyone help?

    Damaged. It was at the end of a coin wrapper and the Crimping machine affected it. The crimp action hit the 3 and moved it.
