I need some help on this.
1)Who is sitting on Throne- ZEUS or lady with crown ?
2)Who is that angel shaped creature on the left which supports the head?
3)Who is the head owner serapis or sol?

Coin had some text on other side, i would consider its roman. Screenshot from 2019-05-07 17-14-56.png

The figure in the chair might be the personification of Alexandria.

Doesn't look Alexandrian to me. And although the figure on the reverse has what looks like a modius on the head, there is no beard, as would be expected with Serapis. Could also be Tyche, I don't know. And then there's the floating head that looks Severan, which is odd...

I changed my mind. I think it's a provincial Roman-era coin but like @SeptimusT says I don't think it's from Alexandria. Good luck with the attribution.

Well, coin has dotted frame, poor front side quality, star logo , made from copper and the same size. Yes, looks like Bosporos kingdom.
Its flying Eros, Aphrodita and the head of Septimus Severus. I have found a huge website with info on that era coins. Will share results later. Thanks to you all!

In the last decade of the 2nd century AD, the coins of Sauromates II also commonly featured the portrait of Septimius Severus...

    Bosporos Kingdom
    Sauromates 2
    Double Denarium
    Coper 25mm 12gr
    Close to 200AD.

I am very happy to be able to identify it. Had it like for over 3 years!
