    The Standing Liberty Half was designed by Adolph A. Weinman. His initials (AW) appear on the reverse under the right side tail feathers.

    I’d call it fine cleaned and damaged. Not a fan. Worth melt

    High F to low VF and over-dipped.

    Yes this coin (VF 20 details) was harshly cleaned/ to make it appear a higher grade.
    And in doing so has permanently damaged it with scratches. Melt value.
