I don't think that's a minting error. I'm not sure what it's called but from what I've read it's a common thing and adds no value.
Misaligned die, not an off center. No added value FYI, contrary to what you see on the "get rich from pocket change" YouTube junk, it's not easy finding errors. And what you do find will likely be die chips or filled dies which add zero value to the coin. They never tell you that in YouTube. You could just change the name of those sites to "get rich by picking the right lotto numbers"
But doesn't .01 cent = 1/100 of a cent or 1/10,000 of a dollar? Just having fun with typos, although if it was a Zlincoln, you could argue that a value of .01 cent is correct
