All Time Favorite Coin

Based on a PM from Stainless, he asked what my favorite coin was. I have a few, but I would have to say that as of now, this is my all time favorite coin. What are yours? Post pics if you have them.

All Time Favorite, hmm? I guess this one, purchased in an uncleaned ancient lot, cleaned it myself. Michael 4, dated about 1034-1050. Right before/about the time of the 1st Crusades. Christ and beaded cross.

 

Ben - Very nice and unique! I have to say that I am very suprised - I for sure thought it would be a CBH or something of the sort.

 

Oh, I'm pretty diverse, LOL...

 

One of these would make my day!

 

Ryan - save up - next year will be a great year for the rebirth of the St. Gauden's.

Bust halves. Especially the 1807 and 1808 capped bust halves in high grade.

i would have a tough choice, but at this point...i think it would be the 1792 half disme..(sorry, i do not have one). my next choice would be a 1794 dollar. gee, do not have that one either....but one can dream!

its actually a 2 mohur coin from india it is th coin to collect from british india IMHO its the king of british india coins unfortunately not easy to get at the right price my avtar is also my fav coin but i dont consider it a coin more like a family heirloom
