Lots of die marks on this LMC. Large chip looking device in open column right of Lincoln. What look like polish marks on lower portion of the coin. Other marks. 1966 Die Chips and marks on rev.jpg 1966 Die Chips and marks Rev #1.jpg 1966 Die Chips and marks Rev #2.jpg 1966 Die Chips and marks Rev #3.jpg

I believe that would be a Die Clash. Not a Die Chip.

Thanks paddyman. I will look closer. I don't think I have ever had a die clash.

look at his heads outline between ONE CENT and the memorial. Then you can follow it up the stairs and into the Memorial.

Thanks. I have 2 more from the same roll that I declared to have die chips on the reverse. They are similar but not as pronounced. Is it possible that I could have 3 coins with the same clash?

I posted this sometime back as a possible rotated ghost. After seeing the responses regarding die clashes I thought I would give it another look. 1974 D Jeff.jpg 1974 D Jeff Rev.jpg

Those 60's cents do have some character. I like them.
