    Recently purchased this coin ring.

Has anyone got any ideas on it's origin, I was let to believe that it could be Afghan

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

The coin is definitely Afghan, poor thing seems to be flattened out with a hammer to fit the ring.
I see amir sher ali written on the top, so it must be barakzai dynasty.

I see the numeral 8 and what looks like a 0.
Sher Ali ruled from 1280AH which was 1863. so 1863 should be the date of the coin. Though I cannot see the 1 and the 2.
