I bought some really eclectic mixed lots recently. I've got these six I need help with. I have some thoughts on most of them, but nothing positive. Starting from top left, Indian State?, Nepal?, Franklin Mint product?, So Called Dollar, Coin?, Trade Token, but from?

Top right is a Mexican Maximilian gold coin. Not sure if it is legit or not.

Bottom left is a tin medal commemorating the 350th anniversary of the Protestant Reformation (Martin Luther on obverse). Of US manufacture. Reference: Whiting 736.

    Top middle is Nepal.

Bottom middle is Algeria 50 centimes. The top middle one I'd guess is a temple token. It doesn't look like any coin I've seen.
