    Not sure I get it. Are you saying you applied solder to this coin (to plug a hole perhaps)? Is that the blotchiness on the two reverse figures and the darkened smear on this face?

    He meant 'soldier'. You notice that there is a soldier standing right behind Philip. Not your average common type.
