    Usually, Proof coins that are placed into rolls like that have already been searched and determined to be of such a low grade that they do not merit being sold individually. So they roll them up and sell them to other dealers who then sell them to collectors.

    If they are that bad, might as well offer 20c per peice, then go out and spend them.... :D

    What a poor display method. :mad:

    Everyone knows that if you dump them out on a dark colored "non-stick" surface they will photograph better !!!!

    (Just kidding of course) :D

    I have heard the guy on Coin vault say that to remove Silver Eagles from there square tube, that they use a scalpel to cut the tube open.

    I can only imagine someone saying, " I don't have a scalpel, I wonder if this saw will work!"
