If real then it's probably a tetradrachm of one of the many Ptolemy rulers in Egypt. I'll be the first to say I don't know much about these coins, not enough to say real or fake, but the eagle looks a little odd to me.
Here is a Ptolemy IX for comparison... Ptolemy IX ruled with his mother, then married his oldest sister. But mom got jealous and broke them up, then like any good Egyptian queen would do, she got her son married to his youngest sister. But then mom got jealous of her daughter and eldest son getting cozy without her, and she deposed Prolemy IX in favor of his youngest brother. But being with Ptolemy X was not as satisfying to her as being with Ptolemy IX, so she reinstated her eldest son as her partner. So then Ptolemy X got jealous that Ptolemy IX was getting it on with their mother instead of him, and killed her. And a mob chased Prolemy X down and killed him. The Prolemy clan was a lot of fun. Lots of murder, incest, and intrigue. Would make for a heck of an HBO series.

It isn’t really a simple answer—it takes years and years of experience. Although, this coins was fairly easy because the surfaces and devices on the reverse are not convincing, much like the gold coin you posted a week or so ago.
