My ma left us girls her 40s thru 90's proof set and a few mint set collection. Plus all those g washington and Olympic stuff. Still in boxes. Dad snuck them in my x-mas crawl space. Push them way back too. I guess I found them 3 years ago. 5 of each i think. Ma was a very happy well educated gal. She saved for us girls. I'll never meet up to my ma and dad. They were way to simple and special. Held hands their whole life.

 

I think it's wonderful for retired folks to still be in love enough after all those years to hold hands. You are a lucky girl and I hope you know it. @Cheech9712

 

Anything I no longer deem special I try to sell. I just unloaded a bunch of stuff on Ebay that no longer really honked my kazoo. Impulse buys show themselves over time, but sometimes tastes just change through the years. It happens.
