Here is a Speelman/White $2 in Gem I just added to the large size collection...

It is really a beauty!!! Thanks for taking a peek!!

This is the second $2 Sereis Bracelet Note I have... Elliot/Burke in CHCU and this one in Gem...

I do not need to one up anyone Magman....I do my own thing. FYI I have dealers looking for notes for me and get calls and notifications on a frequent basis...I am actually proud that you and Greg are building your collections!
I do not post every note I buy on this fourm for fear of responses like this one. I am sorry you feel that I am trying to "get a piece of the action" I really do not need it!

Rickie keep posting the notes that you are, because all of us here are very glad that we have someone to look up to in the paper money forum! All the notes posted are just amazing, but in no way do I or Magman feel offended that you post great currency.

I am only at the beginning of my collection, and with years of collecting like you have, I hope someday my paper money collection could be a success, just like yours.

PS to Magman: I think it would have been a better joke if you put a smiley after that joke, because it was a little deceiving!!:hammer:

I really took this in a different manner based upon how you expressed it.
I do not ever want anyone to think what your post suggested. It is not worth it to me.

This is the only place I have to share and discuss what I love with others of like mind. I take it pretty seriously you can say! It was a rough day in the office as well and I am a little snappy!

No harm done I suppose...I like to think that I am a pretty fair guy and I try to participate in the fourms and even pass along a few nice notes in some Contest's...I respect many of the collectors here as well as the guy's just getting started. Regardless of what grade a note or coin for that fact, I will never try to best anyone. I am almost certain that I try to encourage people to buy the best they can afford for their collections.
I am analytical thinker and some times things just do not settle well, as in your post.

So hey, lets get back to notes and currency facts...

I was at potomatomie casino yesterday......I was sitting at a black jack table when all of a sudden this ( pimp wanna be ) walked up to the table with 3 $1000 in little plastic envelopes......I ask " you not going to play with those are you" He said yeah why?

If old I had 3500 hundred in my pocket i would of given him more money than the casino would of. Im still sick to my stomach just thinking about it.

The fact that someone was going to spend 3 one thousand dollar notes make me wanna throw up. Im even more sick knowing that I should of went with more money.....lol
