I'm confused on this coin. When I first noticed it was bent I thought immediately that someone was not kind to this coin. Then I looked at it and noticed all the devices are intact. So if someone used a punch press or pliers or whatever,How could all the devices be intact? I really appreciate any info on this one! DSC01362.JPG DSC01365.JPG DSC01370.JPG

Imho, what devices are you referring to? Or are you referring to the design of the coin?
Either way like @paddyman98 said, looks damaged.

Everything you see as possibly 'different'
on the nickel all occurred to it after it
    was in circulation.

There is no error anywhere on the coin.

    Bent/damaged/contact marks only

It just seemed odd to me that the window in the building, the M in Monticello and the ted in United all remained clearly visible. Just very strange to me,and I thank you all for the responses. BTW has there ever been a bent coin from the mint?

If you mean like as in a Mint Error. Only indented coins not bent.
Yours was well struck between all 3 collars with tons of pressure keeping it nice and flat and round. The bending was created after it left the Mint.

I get it that my coin is PMD,I was wondering about bent or indented coins,Because I do have a few others that have damage,But are perfectly flat. Any suggestions or examples?

I'll have to look through them again, I literally have about 300 coins in question. I guess I'll just have to get to it! LOL!

Yes. Foldover strikes are bent. Off-center strikes are sometimes bent. Saddle strikes are bent.

If you mean a normally struck coin coming from the mint bent, only if something happens to damage and bend it after it was struck and that would make it PSD Post Strike Damage.
