I'm not an expert on these coins, so I can't tell you who is depicted, but here are two good web sites about Ptolemiac coinage that you might take advantage of in your quest for an attribution: http://ptolemybronze.com/ptolemy_series.html http://numismatics.org/pco/results Good luck in your search.
I would not be a good person to make this assessment as I am unfamiliar with the Ptolemaic coinage issues. I collect coins of Roman Egypt but not before that. Anyway, nice coin. Good luck with your research.
I'm still not 100% sure about the ID but I think I'm close I believe this is a Ptolemy II Philadelphos. 285-246 BC. Æ 20mm. There's still a weight difference: mine is 5.0g, the one from the picture is 5.33g. I wonder if that means these are not the same?? The coin above mine is this one: https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=453147 The most identifiable attribute is the high shoulder open wing and the pattern (looks like dots) on the open wings. A search for "ptolemy 20mm open wing" brings up some other candidates. I hope some Ptlemy expert here on CT can correct me if I'm wrong. What do you think? Did I get it right?
The difference is not significant is this case. Weights of bronze coins often vary a lot. Bronze was not particularly precious, and the value of the coin was set by the issuing authority, unlike gold and silver coins, whose value was based on the amount of metal.
