Unattached 13th feather LONGER. Doubled ATTACHED 13th feather PCGS, shorter.

  1.     It's a shame nobody cleaned the eagle droppings off the coin quickly enough.

    It's badly corroded, but OP calls it "partially plated" because of course he does.
