2008 D LMC Obv

I purchased several rolls of pennies from my local bank: 2008 D LM cent. When I looked at one of the rolls, I saw that this coin had some type of circle on the obverse. Is this common for cents that comes straight out of their vault (I had to wait fifteen minutes to get them)?
