‘59 and ‘63 Franklin half dollars.

    On the ‘59, what is that on the eagle’s left leg (right side facing out)? It appears to be a streak running down the leg.

    On the ‘63 my tired eyes think they are seeing doubling EVERYWHERE on the reverse in the words “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA’ and on “HALF DOLLAR”.

    (Due to macular degeneration I routinely require injections in both eyes and tomorrow is the day. It’s possible I’m seeing things that aren’t there so forgive if that’s the case )
