regarding This thread So finally today the guy was issued a refund. But, he sent me a message shortly beforehand saying how myself and my friends (i.e. the people that emailed him) had made him decided to close his ebay store and use another service - since Ebay was not helping him. (he reported the emails, although I told him they werent threatening so they probably wouldnt do anything... he said they were, and that Ebay would take it very seriously - he obviously doesnt know how Ebay rolls). So, then, as predicted, negative feedback was left. lol Of course, part of the feedback he left he says "got refunded the hard way" - which is silly, because I told him he didnt have to go through Paypal if he sent me a nice message to begin with, but he did, and because of that, it took like a week to get the refund. oye... Well, so that ends that. I think next weekend I'll reissue the roll to the next highest bidder, for a lower price.
I'm sure the guy is just going to start a new eBay account to keep your negative feedback from affecting him. He knows he's a (expletive) so he'll just keep doing business his way and keep opening new selling accounts. Sorry to hear about the neg. Totally uncalled for.
I have a feeling he's going to keep his account running... maybe just get rid of the store? Who knows...
It's sad when people leave negs when you have no blame or fault in the whole deal. It's not your fault he ( or his friends ) was trigger happy. Ignorance is no excuse.

Jeez dude I feel partially resposible On the other hand it's over and who knows I just may ask him another question or two Guess the jerk may be figuring out how ebay handles things. Of course his complaints weren't legit in the first place. If you haven't already block him as a bidder. I did so no threat of retailiation for asking questions. Well, there is a way to legally "tie his hands" on eBay that I found out by accident one time. The catch is you gotta be living in Hawaii or Alaska....:headbang:
If hes selling anything I will buy from him to neg bomb him. I dont care. I only buy off ebay and then again I just dont care. Just checked hes got nothing for sale.
