    Ok, I have a pretty good one this time. First person to tell me the date of the mint set (circulated) I have to giveaway wins!

    Hints:
    1) China and Russia engaged in a minor conflict after China seized full control of the Manchurian Chinese Eastern Railway.

    Wow, that was fast, but you surely got it correct and you're the winner!
