Crazy looking quarter

    Ain’t seeing anything on that quarter. Completely and horrifically damaged.

    You may be able to turn it into a bank for a new one.

    What year is it,,,, Just kidding. @carra's coins likes beat up coins. Don't think I have ever seen one that damaged.

    I don't see any doubled die on the 1964 D, and I don't know why anyone would say you were crazy for saying you had a 1982 Philadelphia small date copper, they are fairly common.

    Yes, damage. I know it’s hard to believe but millions of coins are dropped, run over, mutilated, soaked in chemicals, etc.. every year. It’s not uncommon to find messes up coins, on a daily basis.

    Learn the minting process so you can understand that your coin could not have possibly come from the mint, ever, never.
