Greetings, I am looking for information on the authenticity and/or value of this Tyrian Shekel. It has been offered to me for sale but I have not yet seen it in hand. These are the sellers photos. I am very intrigued by the type, as it could prove a valuable historical addition to my classroom collection. Thanks in advance and I apologize for the photos.
From the photo alone, looks like a poor casting job...to me. You ought to ask for the weight as well.
