    Just a common die scratch. Because the scratch is on the die it transfers as raised metal on the coin blank when struck to make the coin.

    Any more magnification than that and you will start seeing the copper atoms!

    I see a scratch, not sure if is on the die or the coin but I suspect the die. Also see were the depressed line in the wheat ear are joined to the field by over polishing.
