Indian coins help

    I have two Indian coins and have no idea what they are besides an educated guess. On the Islamic side I can read 28 or 38 (I’m not exactly sure which) which reminds me of the regnal dates used on some Mughal coins. However, the other side is not Arabic, which makes me think they are issues of the Princely states.     Never mind, I found them both! They are both from the Bengal Presidency.
