A 1983 Washington reverse wing runs through LIBERTY. The branch curve runs below the date. A brass plating split runs nearly the whole reverse and part of the obverse. AN offset direction remaining of design removals remain when the die press reaches that far to expose the outlines without the regular solidification of the pillars.
